4. Messaging Program Description
Our campaigns send SMS Notifications, Alerts & occasional marketing communications to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

5. Construction & Remodeling Inquiries
Information provided on this website regarding ADU construction, casita construction, home additions, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and outdoor living additions is for informational and preliminary planning purposes. Formal scopes of work, pricing, engineering plans, permitting authorizations, and warranties are established solely through executed written construction contracts between the client and Kaza Homes LLC.
6. Privacy & Data Handling
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 7. Kids' Privacy
We do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
